  Mr. Handy is thorough, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, pleasant to deal with and cleans as he goes. He spent over two hours working on my Sub Zero and never raised his originally quoted price. After fixing the primary problem (dead control board), he then traced back and worked through all the issues that resulted from the dead control board - freezer fan frozen up, drain pan overflowing, ice cubes frozen into a block in the ice-maker. Every step of the way, he kept cleaning up the shelves, the floor, interior parts and spaces. He wouldn't let go until everything was working well. He also gave me excellent advice about maintenance. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
